What to do if your item(s) do not fit?
During July & August the quickest way to exchange an item is to re order the correct size and return the unwanted item for a refund, see below for details:
If the items you have ordered are too big or too small, you can return them to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. In this instance, we would ask you to drop the item(s) to the school office (TERM TIME ONLY) or direct to us BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (address below) alternatively you can post the item(s) to us.
Should you require another size, we would advise you to place a separate order online as this will ensure the fastest delivery time. Please remember, all orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school/company logo as required and are done in strict order date sequence.

Defective or Damaged
In the unlikely event that you receive items which are not in any material respect what you ordered, or which are damaged or defective in any material respect, or are of a materially different quantity to that stated on your order form please contact us via email in the first instance at email@example.com or via our contact page.
We shall make good any such shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any such damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact page within 3 working days of delivery of the items in question and, if we request you to, return the items in question to us. This does not affect your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer.
How to return your item(s)
Please return the item to the school office (TERM TIME ONLY). You can return items to the address below by post or in person (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) do not turn up unannounced please. Include your original order form and provide the reason for return.

You MUST include the original order form with the item(s) you are returning.
Without the order form/number, we are unable to identify who the return is from and process a refund.
If you are posting the item(s) ask for a proof of posting receipt and keep your proof of postage receipts in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please email your order number and a list of the items you have returned to email@example.com.
We will notify you via email when we have begun processing your return and intend to refund your money. This may take up to 10 working days from our acknowledging receipt of the returned item or postage receipt. Where you have paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be made to the card used.
